Cottage Cheese Pancakes

• 12 cup cottage cheese
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 large egg
• 2 tablespoons flour

1. Cook in a little butter over medium heat.
2. Serve with applesauce, berries, or your favorite preserve.
