Brussel Sprouts In Pecan Sauce Recipe
- 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed wi
- 5 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Pecans, minced Salt to taste

- Cook the brussel sprouts, covered in boiling salted water till tender, about 10 min.
- Drain.
- Keep hot.

- Heat the butter in small saucepan and brown the pecans; don't let them burn.
- 3.
- Remove from heat, add in the brown sugar, and stir to dissolve.
- 4.
- Pour the pecans mix over the brussel sprouts and serve.
