Cornflake Cookies

• 34 cup shortening
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons orange juice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 12 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 12 cups flour
• 1 12 cups corn flake crumbs
• maraschino cherry

1. Mix all ingredients except the flour.
2. Add the flour and mix until smooth.
3. Roll into balls.
4. Dip into cornflake crumbs.
5. Top with a halved maraschino cherry.
6. Bake at 350 until brown.
