Easy Nachos

  1. warm chips in oven at 250 F for 15 minute at
  2. crumble and brown sausage and ground beef together in skillet
  3. sprinkle in chili powder while cooking meats
  4. Add cheese, milk and Rotel to microwave proof bowl
  5. heat on meduim for 3 minute intervals, stirring every 1 1/2 minutes, until completely melted.
  6. OR Cut up Velveeta, stir in milk, melt in saucepan on medium heat.
  7. Then add Rotel.
  8. Stir until well blended
  9. Place chips on plate
  10. pour cheese sauce on top, add meat top with shredded cheese
  11. top with jalapenos if desired
  12. serve and enjoy
