Key Lime Mousse/Sherbet

  1. For Mousse:.
  2. Place avocados, honey, and lime juice in a food processor and blend until it's smooth.
  3. Garnish with fruit if you want to.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. For Sherbet:.
  6. Freeze the mousse for at least 4 hours.
  7. Allow to thaw for 15 minutes before serving.
  8. This sherbet will keep for up to one month in a freezer.
