R.'S Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water till tender.
  2. Peel potatoes and slice thinly.
  3. Spread potato slices in a shallow baking dish.
  4. Combine broth, American cheese, tarragon and salt and pepper.
  5. Cook and stir till cheese is melted and blended in, then simmer 5 min.
  6. Carefully pour sauce over potatoes.
  7. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over top.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till bubbly.
  9. 6 servings.
