Spankin Good Skirt Steak

  1. Combine all ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for one hour.
  2. *To serve on skewers, partially freeze steak ahead of time to make it easier to slice into 1/4 strips.
  3. Marinate for one hour and then thread onto skewers.
  4. Place skewers under broiler for 6-7 minutes, turning once.
  5. If using wood skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before threading meat onto them.
  6. *Or, cook the meat as a whole piece on a grill after marinating for about 10 minutes, turning once.
