Easy Waffle Mix Recipe

• 2 c. plain flour (sift after measuring)
• 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 egg whites
• 4 tbsp. melted butter
• 1 3/4 c. orange juice

1. (You can use Coca-Cola, apple juice or possibly any flavor Gatorade in place of orange juice.)
2. Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt together.
3. Add in egg yolks and orange juice and beat well.
4. Add in melted butter.
5. Beat egg whites till stiff then fold into mix.
