Honey Mustard Baked Cod
- 2 cod filets
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup champagne vinegar
- 1 tbsp dried tarragon
- 1 salt and pepper
- Whisk honey, mustard, and vinegar together.
- Add spices.
- Whisk.
- Marinate cod for one hour in half of the marinade.
- Lay cod on baking sheet.
- Top with other half of marinade.
- Save any remaining marinade for other uses.
- Bake at 350 for approximately 10-15 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145
