Afghan Squash (Winter) Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion in extra virgin olive oil in a small casserole.
  2. Stir in salt, cumin, coriander, cardamom, and cloves.
  3. Add in squash and 1 c. water.
  4. Cook till tender.
  5. Serves 8
