Carrot and Sultana Loaf

  1. Combine carrot, sultanas, bran cereal, sugar and milk in bowl.
  2. Add flour and cinnamon and mix well.
  3. Pour into lighty greased loaf tin.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees (80 C.) for 45 to 55 minutes.
  5. Cool before removing from tin.
