Benihana's Sesame Chicken Recipe
- 1 tsp soybean oil
- 5 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 x mushrooms sliced 8 pcs
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- Add in oil to heated nonstick skillet (for electric skillet, set at 360 degrees).
- Cut chicken breast into bite-size pcs, sprinkling with salt and pepper if you like.
- Cook for 8 min or possibly till chicken is white in appearance and hard to the touch.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and sesame seeds.
- Add in mushroom slices, cooking 2 to 3 min more and serve warm.
- Dip prepared chicken in Benihana Cream Sauce, if you like.
- This recipe yields 1 serving.
