Ginger Beef

  1. In a mixing combine the beef, cornstarch and salt and mix together and let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a wok and add oil and beef mixture and stir fry to a golden brown.
  3. Add in the ginger, garlic, and stock and oyster sauce and bring to a boil and after a minute add on the green pepper and bot toy and return back to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer for two minutes.
  4. Pour into a serving plate and top with green onion.
