Beef Tips And Rice Recipe

  1. Sprinkle tenderizer, pepper, salt, and thyme on beef.
  2. Turn meat to coat.
  3. Cook, uncovered, in heavy roaster at 400 degrees 1 hour to brown.
  4. Drain meat drippings, add in water to make 2 c. of liquid; blend with soups and remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over meat.
  6. Return to oven.
  7. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
  8. Serve with rice.
  9. Makes 12 servings.
