Easy Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

  1. Place potatoes in large saucepan.
  2. Add enough water to completely cover potatoes.
  3. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 15 min.
  5. or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Drain potatoes; return to saucepan.
  7. Mash potatoes until light and fluffy, gradually adding milk alternately with the VELVEETA.
  8. Sprinkle with the onions.
