Asian Burger Recipe

  1. Combine the patty ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Divide the mix into 6 equal portions; lightly shape each portion into a patty, 3/4- to 1-inch thick.
  4. For pita bread, make 8 smaller patties.
  5. Heat a wide frying pan over medium-high heat till warm.
  6. Brush with the oil.
  7. Add in the patties and cook to your liking, 3 to 4 min on each side for medium-rare.
  8. Serve in buns or possibly pita bread halves with your favorite condiments.
  9. This recipe yields 6 servings.
