Boiled Crawfish Recipe

  1. You need 2 huge pots with baskets in them about 92 qt size.
  2. Fill one 1/2 full of water and add in crab boil, salt, red pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Heat this seasoned water to a boil, set off of fire.
  4. In the other pot fill 1/2 full of water, add in veg.
  5. oil.
  6. Bring this to a rolling boil.
  7. Add in about 40 pounds of crawfish which has been washed.
  8. Bring back to a boil as fast as you can.
  9. Cook 3 to 5 min.
  10. Take out of this water and put into seasoned water to soak for 5 - 10 min.
  11. Take out of seasoned water.
  12. Put in ice chest and sprinkle with Tony Chachere's crab boil.
  13. It is in blue container instead of green.
