Asian Edamame and Chickpea Salad
- 2 cups frozen edamame (shelled)
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 can (19 fl oz /540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- Place edamame and water in covered microwaveable container on HIGH 4 min.
- or until edamame are crisp-tender, stirring after 2 min.
- Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
- Add edamame; mix lightly.
