Meat Loaf Wellington

  1. Mix 1/2 cup bouillon with bread cubes and add egg.
  2. Let stand about 5 minutes or until croutons are softened, beat until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add meat, onion, salt and pepper.
  4. Shape into loaf.
  5. Place in shallow baking pan.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
  7. Separate crescent rolls, place crosswise over top and down sides of loaf, overlapping slightly.
  8. Bake 15 minutes more.
