Stir-Fry Salad with Rice

  1. Cook rice as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet.
  3. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min.
  4. or until cooked through.
  5. Add vegetables; cook an additional 2 min.
  6. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Place rice in large bowl.
  8. Add chicken mixture, salad greens, dressing and soy sauce; toss to coat.
