Stir-fried Bok Choy with Salt and Garlic

  1. Cut the bok choy in half.
  2. Slice the garlic thickly.
  3. Mix the ingredients marked with .
  4. Stir-fry the garlic in sesame oil.
  5. When the garlic is fragrant, add the bok choy and turn the heat to high.
  6. Add the ingredients marked with as soon as the bok choy starts to be cooked.
  7. Turn the heat off when the bok choy is still crunchy.
