Stir-fried Bok Choy with Salt and Garlic
- 2 small heads Bok choy
- 3 clove Garlic
- 100 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 less than 1 teaspoon Chicken stock powder
- 1 dash Pepper
- Cut the bok choy in half.
- Slice the garlic thickly.
- Mix the ingredients marked with .
- Stir-fry the garlic in sesame oil.
- When the garlic is fragrant, add the bok choy and turn the heat to high.
- Add the ingredients marked with as soon as the bok choy starts to be cooked.
- Turn the heat off when the bok choy is still crunchy.
