Cheese Thins

  1. Measure first 7 ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Add cooking oil and water.
  4. Mix until you can form a ball.
  5. Cover and let stand 20 minutes.
  6. Divide into 4 portions.
  7. Roll 1 portion paper thin on a lightly floured surface.
  8. Cut into 8 wedges.
  9. Arrange on an ungreaded baking sheet.
  10. Repeat.
  11. Bake in a 375 degree oven for around 10 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
