Grams Caoort Cake
- 2 cups plain flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups carrots
- 1 12 cups corn oil
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 -8 ounce cream cheese
- 12 cup oleo
- Cake Mix: Shredd carrots.
- Mix all dry ingredients, add oil, eggs and vinilla.
- Blend well.
- Bake @ 350' for 30-minutes or until done.
- Pour mix in 3-9 inch pans or loaf pans.
- Iceing Mix: Mix cream cheese, oleo, sugar, vanilla and pecans.
- Spread mixture on cake.
