Grams Caoort Cake

• 2 cups plain flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3 cups carrots
• 1 12 cups corn oil
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 12 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 box powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 -8 ounce cream cheese
• 12 cup oleo

1. Cake Mix: Shredd carrots.
2. Mix all dry ingredients, add oil, eggs and vinilla.
3. Blend well.
4. Bake @ 350' for 30-minutes or until done.
5. Pour mix in 3-9 inch pans or loaf pans.
6. Iceing Mix: Mix cream cheese, oleo, sugar, vanilla and pecans.
7. Spread mixture on cake.
