Creamy Apricot Stack
- 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 12 can 99% fat free almond or apricot bread
- 425g can apricot halves
- 170g can passion fruit pulp, or 4 passionfruit
- icing sugar for dusting
- Combine together in a bowl the Philly* and honey.
- Spread a small amount of cream onto the almond bread.
- Top with fruit and continue to make a three-slice stack.
- Place a stack onto each service plate.
- Drizzle the plate with passionfruit pulp and decorate with any remaining fruit.
- Serve immediately.
