Creamy Apricot Stack

  1. Combine together in a bowl the Philly* and honey.
  2. Spread a small amount of cream onto the almond bread.
  3. Top with fruit and continue to make a three-slice stack.
  4. Place a stack onto each service plate.
  5. Drizzle the plate with passionfruit pulp and decorate with any remaining fruit.
  6. Serve immediately.
