Espinaca Dip
- 2- 1/2 pounds White American Cheese
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 2 whole Jalapenos, Chopped
- 1 cup Half-and-half
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 package Frozen Spinach (8 Oz.)
- 1 can Ro-tel (10 Oz. Can)
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low until the cheese is completely melted and everything is heated through.
- Note: You can find white American cheese in the deli section of most grocery stores.
