Espinaca Dip

• 2- 1/2 pounds White American Cheese
• 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
• 2 whole Jalapenos, Chopped
• 1 cup Half-and-half
• 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 package Frozen Spinach (8 Oz.)
• 1 can Ro-tel (10 Oz. Can)

1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low until the cheese is completely melted and everything is heated through.
2. Note: You can find white American cheese in the deli section of most grocery stores.
