Smith's Banana Bread

  1. Mix the wet into the dry, stir until well mixed.
  2. Pour into a prepared or nonstick loaf pan or mini loaf pans, bake at 350F (180C) farenheit for about 40 minutes, test with a wooden pick.
  3. Let stand for about 5 minutes, remove from pan, cool on a rack.
