Karhai Paneer

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add cumin seed; cook and stir 30 sec.
  3. Stir in vegetables, paneer and seasonings; cook 5 min.
  4. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and paneer is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients.
