Strawberry Snow Cones

• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Gelatin, any red flavor
• 1-2/3 cups small strawberries, pureed
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 1/2 cup ice cubes
• 8 cups crushed ice

1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
2. until completely dissolved.
3. Add strawberries, corn syrup and ice cubes; stir until ice is completely melted.
4. Fill 8 (8-oz.)
5. paper cups with crushed ice.
6. Pour gelatin mixture over ice.
7. Serve immediately.
