Yummy Rummy BBQ Slow-Cooker Ribs

  1. Combine onions and herbs; rub onto ribs.
  2. Place in slow cooker.
  3. Mix barbecue sauce, juice and rum; pour over ribs.
  4. Cover with lid.
  5. Cook on HIGH 4 hours (or on LOW 6 hours).
  6. Transfer ribs to platter, reserving cooking liquid in slow cooker.
  7. Mix cornstarch and water; add to slow cooker.
  8. Cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
  9. or until sauce is thickened.
  10. Pour over ribs.
