Yummy Rummy BBQ Slow-Cooker Ribs
- 2 Tbsp. each chopped onions, fresh marjoram leaves, fresh thyme leaves, parsley and chives
- 3 lb. pork baby back ribs, cut into 2-rib pieces
- 1 cup KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
- Combine onions and herbs; rub onto ribs.
- Place in slow cooker.
- Mix barbecue sauce, juice and rum; pour over ribs.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on HIGH 4 hours (or on LOW 6 hours).
- Transfer ribs to platter, reserving cooking liquid in slow cooker.
- Mix cornstarch and water; add to slow cooker.
- Cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
- or until sauce is thickened.
- Pour over ribs.
