Beef With Peppers Bok Choy Recipe

  1. Slice beef into 1/8 inch slivers.
  2. Heat oil in wok; brown beef.
  3. Add in garlic and onion, stir fry till soft.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients, cook till thickened.
  5. A stalk of Bok Choy may be substituted for the green pepper for an entirely different meal.
