Fire Station Chicken

  1. Place chicken pieces in a large dutch oven.
  2. Add barbecue sauce, onions, and peppers.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
  4. Turn heat to medium low and cover.
  5. Simmer gently for 1 hour, or until chicken is no longer pink.
