Adrienne's Brussels Sprouts Recipe

  1. Trim the root ends of the sprouts, then cut them into quarters.
  2. Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add in the Brussels sprouts and cook, partially covered, till tender, about 10 min.
  4. Raise the heat to high, add in the lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook, stirring, till almost all of the lime juice has evaporated, about 2 to 3 min.
  6. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  7. NOTES :
