Sugar and Yogurt Pie
- 2 pie dough (9 inches)
- 1 34 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Preheat oven to 350F Put a pie dough in a pie plate.
- Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar and yogurt.
- Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix flour, butter, egg and vanilla.
- Add to the brown sugar mixture, mixing well.
- Pour in the pie dough.
- Put the other pie dough on the pie.
- Do a few incisions on top, to let the vapor escapes.
- Brush the pie with beaten eggs.
- Cook in oven for about 50 minutes.
