Buffalo Run Breakfast Strata Recipe

  1. Layer seasoned croutons over the bottom of greased 9- by 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle in half of the grated cheese, meat, mushrooms, and sun-dry tomatoes.
  3. Repeat layer of cheese, meat, mushrooms, and sun-dry tomatoes.
  4. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, mustard, salt and black pepper together and pour over mix in the pan.
  5. Cover and chill overnight.
  6. The next morning, bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 min or possibly till inserted knife comes out clean.
  7. Let stand for 5 - 10 min before serving.
  8. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
