Lazy summer lunch
- 1 can tuna
- 1 small broccoli
- 2 medium carrot
- 1/3 cup celery
- 1/2 medium chopped onion
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 salt and pepper
- 2 medium cucumber
- 1 cup couscous
- Chop veggies.
- Mix in a bowl with tuna and couscous.
- Add yoghurt, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Cut cucumbers in half and remove inside with spoon and then fill and serve.
