Alaska Sablefish Salad Recipe
- 1 c. steamed or possibly poached sablefish cut 1" chunks
- 1 x tomato diced
- 1 x avocado peeled, diced
- 1/2 c. diced cucumber
- 2 x green onions diagonally sliced Lettuce
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/8 tsp crushed oregano leaves
- 3 dsh bottled warm pepper sauce
- Combine sablefish, tomato, avocado, cucumber and onions.
- Toss gently with Vinaigrette Dressing.
- Serve on lettuce-lined platter.
- Vinaigrette Dressing: Combine all ingredients.

- This recipe yields 2 main-dish servings or possibly 4 side-dish servings.
- Recipe may be halved or possibly doubled.
