Simple Spinach Tacos

  1. Saute the onions in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. Turn heat to low and add spinach and crushed red pepper.
  3. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
  4. Serve over warm corn tortillas, topped with queso fresco and Buffalo wing sauce.
