Herb Baked Scallops Recipe
- 1/2 pound scallops
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, crumbled
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp. diet butter
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon lite salt
- Layer washed and liquid removed scallops in a shallow baking dish.
- Dot with diet butter.
- Sprinkle with parsley, basil, lite salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min.
- Stir scallops to coat well with butter mix.
- Bake 20 min longer.
- 2 servings.
