Herb Baked Scallops Recipe

  1. Layer washed and liquid removed scallops in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Dot with diet butter.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley, basil, lite salt and pepper.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min.
  5. Stir scallops to coat well with butter mix.
  6. Bake 20 min longer.
  7. 2 servings.
