Wild Mushroom Bruschetta

  1. In skillet heat olive oil.
  2. Cook garlic and onion until golden.
  3. Add mushrooms, thyme, basil, salt and pepper.
  4. Add a splash of vinegar.
  5. Cook until mushrooms begin to wilt.
  6. Cut baguette into 1/2 '' slices and toast.
  7. Top baguette with mushrooms and serve
