Creepy Cookie-Witches

• 3 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
• 24 chocolate chip cookies (2 inch)
• 3/4 cup Halloween sprinkles

1. Spread 1/4 cup ice cream onto flat side of each of 12 cookies.
2. Cover with remaining cookies to make 12 sandwiches.
3. Roll edges in sprinkles.
4. Freeze 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
