Piquant Orange Sauce

  1. In small saucepan, heat oil over medium-low heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. In blender, combine marmalade, capers, cayenne and 3 tablespoons water.
  5. Add garlic mixture and blend until smooth.
  6. If sauce is too thick (it should be pourable), add a little water.
