Salmon Chowder

  1. Flake salmon, (reserving liquid if using canned salmon.

  3. Saute onions, celery and garlic in margarine.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, (reserved salmon liquid), chicken broth and seasonings.
  5. Simmer covered, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add broccoli and cook until broccoli is tender.
  7. Add salmon, evaporated milk, and corn, heat thoroughly.
