Citrus Bavarian Dessert

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
  5. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
  7. Place 2 of the cookies in each of 5 (8-oz.)
  8. dessert dishes.
  9. Top each with 1/2 cup of the gelatin mixture.
  10. Arrange orange sections over gelatin; top with the remaining whipped topping.
  11. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
