Citrus Bavarian Dessert
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- 10 European-style sugar cookies
- 2 navel oranges, peeled, sectioned Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix at least 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cold water.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
- Place 2 of the cookies in each of 5 (8-oz.)
- dessert dishes.
- Top each with 1/2 cup of the gelatin mixture.
- Arrange orange sections over gelatin; top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
