BCLT Recipe Weight Watchers Cheese

  1. Crumble bacon into a medium bowl.
  2. Add cream cheese, onion, maple syrup and chipotle pepper to taste; mix well.
  3. Toast bread slices; spread cream cheese mixture evenly on 4 slices, top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices tomato and a slice of toast.
  4. Cut in half to serve.
