Apricot Nut Bread Recipe
- 6 ounce Orange Juice
- 1 lrg Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine
- 2 c. All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Minced Dry Apricots
- 3/4 c. Slivered Almonds
- Measure orange juice, egg and butter into bread pan and set aside.
- In medium mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stir together.
- Add in to bread pan.
- Select Quick bread setting.
