Chicken & Cheese Quesadillas
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Queso Quesadilla Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 1/2 cup chopped mixed red and green peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- Combine chicken and cheese; spoon onto 3 tortillas.
- Cover with remaining tortillas.
- Heat large heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 1 min.
- Add quesadillas, 1 at a time; cook 3 min.
- on each side or until cheese is melted and quesadilla is lightly browned on both sides.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
- Cut quesadillas into wedges.
- Serve topped with vegetable mixture.
