Corn & Black Bean (Fritos) Salsa

  1. Mix corn, beans, oil, vinegar and sugar together in large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for 24-48 hours.
  4. Drain remaining liquid and toss in feta.
  5. Move salsa into a serving dish and garnish with green onion.
  6. Serve with Fritos.
  7. Its what makes the dish.

  9. Its the perfect size for potlucks, football games, graduations, backyard bbqs, or, if youre like me, a night on the couch watching movies.
  10. But forget I said that, and bring it to a party already!)
