Corn & Black Bean (Fritos) Salsa
- 2 cans Corn
- 2 cans Black Beans
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 cup Vinegar
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 bunch Green Onions
- 2 cartons Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1 bag Fritos Scoops
- Mix corn, beans, oil, vinegar and sugar together in large mixing bowl.
- Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for 24-48 hours.
- Drain remaining liquid and toss in feta.
- Move salsa into a serving dish and garnish with green onion.
- Serve with Fritos.
- Its what makes the dish.

- Its the perfect size for potlucks, football games, graduations, backyard bbqs, or, if youre like me, a night on the couch watching movies.
