Meat Loaf Stuffed With Carrots Recipe

  1. Mix meat with flour, salt, and allspice.
  2. Knead together very well.
  3. Flatten out meat mix into 4 rectangles about 4 inches by 6 inches.
  4. Place 1 carrot whole and 1/2 of sliced Large eggs and sprinkle with parsley on each rectangle.
  5. Roll up jelly roll style and seal all edges and smooth out with wet hands.
  6. Put 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can of water, 1 tsp.
  7. salt, 1 tsp.
  8. allspice in large pot and bring to boil.
  9. Drop in stuffed individual meat loaves and cook for about 15 min.
  10. Remove meat loaves.
  11. Cold.
  12. Refrigerateand then slice into 1/2 inch slices.
  13. Place on platter and serve with warm tomato sauce.
