Creamy Cocoa Squares

  1. Combine first six ingredients to form a crumb mixture.
  2. Set aside (if crumb mixture does not stick together, add a little oil).
  3. Beat together remaining ingredients.
  4. Place half of crumb mixture in an oiled 9 x 12 inch pan, press down well; cover with cocoa mixture, then top with remaining crumb mixture.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C) F for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden.
  6. Cool and cut into squares.
