Basic Macrobiotic Daikon Tea
- 3 heaping tablespoons Grated daikon radish
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Pure soy sauce
- 400 ml Sannen-bancha
- Simmer the sannen-bancha tea.
- I simmer it for 15 minutes, then let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Grate the daikon and the ginger.
- Put the grated daikon, ginger, and soy sauce in a cup that holds 400 ml, then pour in the hot tea.
- Drink up while hot.
- After drinking, rest well under warm blankets.
- Warmth will help you sweat, which will promote healing
- Drink 200 ml of this tea as a remedy for back troubles, stiff shoulders, hives, eczema, or to break down animal proteins.
